Please fill out the following questionnaire with your partner. Be sure to attach three photos of the two of you together (very important: each photo needs to show both players as this ensures a certain authenticity).
A few more quick points:
- Game nights are BYOB.
- Upfront costs are always detailed in the confirmation email to individual events (and usually run about $20 per person).
- Dress is always sexy and behavior is always outrageous and inappropriate.
